I. General Definitions
- Regulations – these regulations
- Website – the “WebyJuice.pl” online service, operating at https://webyjuice.com
- Service Provider – the company “WEBYJUICE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ,” KRS: 0001122318, NIP: 7011218798, REGON: 529416946, with its registered office at: Cyfrowa 6, 71-441 Szczecin, Poland.
- User – any natural person accessing the Website and using the services provided through the Website by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via email and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- The Regulations define the rules for the functioning and use of the Website and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Website.
- The subject of the Service Provider’s services is the provision of free tools in the form of the Website, enabling Users to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.
- Any content, articles, and information containing guidance or advice published on the Website are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at specific Users. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for their use by Users.
- The User assumes full responsibility for the manner in which they use the materials provided through the Website, including their use in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- The Service Provider does not provide any warranty regarding the suitability of the materials posted on the Website.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users of the Website or third parties in connection with the use of the Website. All risks related to the use of the Website, particularly the use and application of information posted on the Website, are borne by the User utilizing the Website’s services.
III. Conditions of Use of the Website
- Use of the Website by each User is free and voluntary.
- Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents forming an integral part thereof and must fully accept their provisions to continue using the Website.
- Users may not use any personal data obtained from the Website for marketing purposes.
- Technical requirements for using the Website:
- A device with a display capable of rendering web pages,
- An internet connection,
- Any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with W3C Consortium standards and supports websites provided in HTML5,
- Enabled JavaScript support,
- Enabled cookie support.
- To ensure the safety of the Service Provider, Users, and other Users utilizing the Website, all Users should adhere to generally accepted network security principles.
- The following actions, performed personally by Users or using software, are prohibited:
- Without written consent, decompiling or analyzing the source code,
- Without written consent, causing excessive server load on the Website,
- Without written consent, attempting to detect vulnerabilities in the Website’s security or server configuration,
- Attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software into the server or database that could harm the Website’s software, other Users, or the Service Provider,
- Attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software into the server or database that could track or steal data of Users or the Service Provider,
- Any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Website, or preventing the achievement of the purpose for which the Website operates.
- In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential occurrence of a cybersecurity incident or GDPR breach, Users should first report this to the Service Provider to promptly address the issue/threat and safeguard the interests of all Website Users.
IV. Registration Conditions and Rules
- Users may use the Website without the need for registration.
- Users must be registered and have an account on the Website to access additional services provided on the Website, available only to logged-in Users.
- Registration on the Website is voluntary.
- Registration on the Website is free of charge.
- Each User may have only one account on the Website.
- Technical requirements related to account registration:
- Possession of an individual email account.
- Users registering on the Website consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent provided during the registration process, as well as any subsequent changes or deletion thereof.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete User accounts at its discretion, thereby preventing or restricting access to some or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Website, particularly if the User violates the Regulations, applicable laws, social norms, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider, other Users, the legitimate interests of the Service Provider, or third parties cooperating or not with the Service Provider.
- All Website services may be modified in terms of content and scope, added or removed, temporarily suspended, or restricted in access at the sole discretion of the Service Provider, without the possibility of Users objecting to such changes.
- Additional security rules regarding account use:
- Users registered on the Website are prohibited from sharing their login and password with third parties.
- The Service Provider has no right and will never request a User’s password to their chosen account.
- Account deletion:
- Every User with an account on the Website may independently delete their account from the Website.
- Users can do so after logging into the Website panel.
- Account deletion results in the removal of all identifying data of the User and the anonymization of the username and email address.
V. Conditions for Providing the Newsletter Service
- Users may use the Website without subscribing to the Newsletter.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free of charge.
- Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
- Possession of an individual email account.
- Conditions for providing the Newsletter service:
- Providing an individual email account in the electronic form,
- Verification of the provided email account by activating the link sent to it,
- Consent to receiving email notifications.
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- Notifications about new updates, posts, contests, and other promotional activities related to the Website’s services,
- Notifications about promotional activities of the Website’s partners (marketing messages).
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
- Every User subscribed to the Newsletter service may independently unsubscribe from the service.
- Users can do so via the link provided in each email sent.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Conditions for Communication and Provision of Other Website Services
- The Website provides services and tools enabling Users to interact with the Website, including:
- Contact form
- Commenting on posts and articles
- Publishing own content in the form of graphic and multimedia materials
- The Website provides contact details in the form of:
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- In the case of a User contacting the Service Provider, the User’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy,” which forms an integral part of the Regulations.
- Conditions for posting content by Users on the Website:
- It is prohibited to post content on the Website that is offensive or defamatory toward the Service Provider, other Users, third parties, or third entities,
- It is prohibited to post text, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, or other works on the Website for which the User does not hold a license or for which the copyright holder has not consented to free publication,
- It is prohibited to post vulgar, pornographic, erotic content, or content inconsistent with Polish and European law on the Website, as well as links to pages containing such content,
- It is prohibited to post scripts or programs on the Website that excessively burden the server, illegal software, software designed to breach security measures, or similar actions, as well as links to pages containing such materials,
- It is prohibited to post marketing or advertising content on the Website promoting other commercial websites, products, services, or commercial webpages.
VII. Collection of User Data
To properly provide services through the Website, safeguard the Service Provider’s legitimate interests, and ensure the Website’s compliance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain User data via the Website. To properly provide services, the Website uses and stores certain anonymous information about Users in cookies. The scope, purposes, methods, and principles of data processing are detailed in the appendices to the Regulations: “GDPR Information Obligation” and “Privacy Policy,” which form an integral part of the Regulations.- Data collected automatically:

- Time spent on specific subpages
- Operating system type

- Internet connection speed
- Internet service provider
- Anonymous demographic data based on Google Analytics:
- Gender
- Age
- Interests
- Anonymous data necessary for serving advertisements:
- Remarketing-related data
- Data related to reporting on displayed advertisements
- Data collected during registration: Username, first and last name, email address. For logged-in Users (those with an account on the Website), an identifier linked to the User’s account may be stored in cookies on the User’s device.
- Data collected during Newsletter subscription: Email address
VIII. Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and the copyrights to the Website.
- Some data posted on the Website is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties unrelated to the Service Provider in any way, and is used based on obtained licenses or free licenses.
- Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in retrieval systems—except for the Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn search engines—any articles, descriptions, photos, or other content, graphic materials, videos, or audio found on the Website without the written consent or consent provided via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
- In accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, simple press releases, understood as information alone without commentary or evaluation by their author, are not subject to protection. The author interprets this as allowing the use of information from texts posted on the Website, but not copying entire or partial articles unless specifically indicated in the material provided on the Website.
IX. Changes to the Regulations
- All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time without stating reasons.
- Information about changes to the Regulations will be sent via Electronic Communication to Users registered on the Website.
- In the case of changes to the Regulations, its provisions take effect immediately upon publication for Users without an account on the Website.
- In the case of changes to the Regulations, its provisions take effect with a 7-day transitional period for Users with accounts on the Website registered prior to the amendment.
- It is assumed that any User continuing to use the Website after the Regulations have been amended fully accepts them.
X. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider shall not be liable in any way, except as permitted by applicable law, for content transmitted and published on the Website by Users, including its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Website’s services are provided continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized interference by Users or third parties, or the actions of external automated programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify any information posted on the Website at a time of its choosing, without prior notification to Users utilizing the Website’s services.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, fully, or partially disable the Website for the purpose of improvement, adding services, or conducting maintenance, without prior notification to Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Website without prior notification to Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in full, any of its rights and obligations related to the Website without the consent or possibility of objection from Users.
